A good campaign combines clear property information, strong presentation and people who follow up with interested buyers. Digital tools should help your salesperson do that work and help you understand the response.
Agree which features need to be explained, which photographs or plans will help, and where the campaign will run. A useful listing makes the home easy to understand before a viewing: its layout, outdoor areas, access, parking and relevant property information. Advertising spend should have a purpose within that plan.
Ray White’s New Zealand network provides NurtureCloud tools for buyer matching, open-home check-in and campaign reporting. Matching can help agents identify people whose recorded requirements and activity are relevant to a property. It gives the salesperson a starting point for a useful conversation, rather than a guarantee that a person will buy.
The practical work still matters: confirming what buyers need, answering their questions, arranging a viewing and finding out what would help them make a decision. At your campaign meeting, agree the buyer follow-up, communication arrangements and reporting tools that will be used for your property. See Ray White New Zealand’s explanation of the buyer tools.
Views and enquiries show interest at different stages. A page view is not an offer, and a busy open home does not establish the sale price. Discuss the questions buyers are asking, their reactions to the property and price, requests for documents, repeat visits and offers alongside the online activity.
Agree how often you will receive updates, who will contact you and when you will review the plan together. Use that information to consider whether the presentation, marketing, pricing or timing needs to change.
Our Next Step auction feed lets you browse upcoming and live auction content, with a direct GAVL link if the embedded display is difficult to use. Watching a feed can help you understand the format; registration and the terms for a particular property must be confirmed with its salesperson.
Read our selling guide, compare sale methods, or request a property appraisal to discuss the preparation, marketing and communication that fit your property.
