Ray White Innes Road brings the people and resources of Next Step Realty to your property plans. Based at 422 Innes Road, our sales team works with buyers and sellers across Christchurch and Canterbury, combining individual experience with the wider Ray White network.

Choose the people and plan for your property

A successful working relationship starts with understanding what matters to you. Your timing, budget, next move and the property itself should shape the appraisal, preparation and campaign. Our local-agent pages introduce the salespeople and the strengths they can bring to your sale.

The team brings different strengths. Teela Cleghorn’s interior-design training supports an interest in presentation; Benny Jiang and Christy Foo offer multilingual communication; and Tamai Curry brings building-industry experience. Those backgrounds give you useful starting points for a conversation about the support you need. Explore the individual profiles and ask about the experience most relevant to your home.

Local advice, supported by a wider team

Next Step connects colleagues across its Christchurch and Canterbury offices, with sales-management and auction experience alongside the work of individual salespeople. We are proud to be part of Ray White and to have access to its national research, marketing and technology resources. The campaign for your property should make clear which tools, advertising and people will be involved and what they will do.

Read our marketing-tools explanation and sale-method guide to prepare for that discussion. Agree how buyer enquiries will be followed up, how feedback will be reported and when you will review the campaign together.

Useful information from the start

Our buyer guide covers viewing, records, offers and settlement. Sellers can use our selling guide and detailed preparation advice to plan ahead.

We value clear communication, attention to detail and professional conduct. Read client feedback, meet the team below, and discuss how you would like to work together.
